The Last Generation
 The University of Massachusetts Lowell, Center for Lowell History 
has coordinated dozens of Oral History Projects featuring the City 
of Lowell resulting in hundreds of interviews.  We are pleased to 
introduce online many transcribed interview from our Oral History 
Collection. 

One of the more extensive oral history efforts was gathering 
interviews with Lowell textile workers initiated by the Lowell 
National Historical Park coordinated by the University of 
Massachusetts Lowell, Dr. Mary Blewett, History Department and 
Martha Mayo, Center for Lowell History.
